In my time both in education and in practice, Counseling has always been about doing what is best for the client in every aspect. Our job as professionals has been to help our clients become educated in their issues, learn how to identify the root of the problems, and learn to cope with these issues. I have had the luck not only to learn about counseling theories and techniques to equip me for any and all challenges. I can help with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, and those suffering from more advance mental Illness such as schizotypical, bipolar etc.
Trained in many forms of therapy, trained and connected with substance use treatment throughout Northern Alabama, trained with and connected to psychiatry teams throught northern Alabama. I also am LGBTQA+ and a safe space for support.
My reason for choosing this career field was to help as many people that are suffering as possible, as well as giving resources to those whom think they don't have the money, influence, or "Qualify" for therapy, I'm willing to work with you!
