My specialities include treating OCD and anxiety-related disorders. I have experience working with many others such as: ADHD, depression, eating disorders, phobias and major life changes. I tend to incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion along with cognitive-behavioral approaches, however I tailor treatment to the needs of each individual client.
