When learning difficulties, and/or emotional/behavioral issues negatively impact social, academic, or work performance, it may signal the need for formal psychological testing. I conduct the following types of assessments, including but not limited to: Giftedness, Learning Disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and Testing for Accommodations (e.g., Extended Time). I have over 25 years experience performing psychological evaluations in many different settings, including schools (elementary, middle, high school, college), inpatient/outpatient psychiatric clinics, forensic settings, and in my private practice.
My expertise has been recognized by the courts and I regularly provide expert opinions based on my evaluations. By combining IQ testing with appropriate academic, neuropsychological and personality tests, I can clarify diagnosis, ultimately helping people better understand their strengths and weaknesses.
I provide a written report that is thorough, easy to read, as well as a complimentary feedback session during which I take the time to explain the results of the evaluation in detail. I invite you to call me at 718-579-5476 to see if testing may be appropriate for you.
