My treatment approach is guided by Cognitive Behavioral Theories. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths and inner resources. I believe my role as a therapist is to empower my clients and provide them with the appropriate tools, support, and practical feedback to help manage or resolve current problems while creating positive changes to long-standing disruptive patterns in their thoughts and behaviors. I have experience helping patients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, decision making, problem solving skills and the psychological and emotional effects of infertility and the ART process.
I have completed professional training in CBT, DBT, and the legal, ethical and psychological aspects of infertility and assisted reproductive technology.
