I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach embodying a collection of ideas, disciplines, and techniques based on presenting issues and challenges. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, which include Gentle Reprocessing and CBT.
My approach to therapy is psychodynamic: exploring aspects of self which may be hidden by paying close attention to your emotions, interpersonal relationships and family history. It takes commitment to make progress in therapy, so if you are ready I will make my best effort to understand you, help you figure out what’s wrong, and guide you towards your goal.
