About
*ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!* Hi, my name is Abby. I recognize how difficult it can be to ask for help, so congrats on taking this first, brave step towards feeling better. I aim to provide clients a safe space to be their most authentic selves without fear of judgment. I specialize in life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflict, and communication skills. I believe we all have inherent strengths and capabilities, and hope we can use our time together identifying how to maximize yours.
I am skilled in multiple evidence-based theories which we can use together to re-write unhelpful narratives, process pain and loss, build feelings of self-worth, and improve overall quality of life. Through a culturally-humble, client-centered approach, treatment will be individualized to meet your specific needs.
Our past does not have to define us, our thoughts aren't always true, and our story can be re-written! Hope to talk to you soon.
