SoNA is a support group for women healing from narcissistic abuse. Led by licensed therapist Brenda Stephens, LPCC who has specialized expertise in narcissistic abuse and trauma recovery. This group offers a supportive space for psychoeducation, reflection, and connection with others who understand. Each week, members gain insight into abuse dynamics, trauma responses, boundaries, healing, and rebuilding a stronger sense of self. The group is designed to help women feel less alone while receiving clinically informed support in a safe, validating environment.
