The person I can help the most is someone who has experienced the pain of being in an emotionally toxic relationship. My heart feels for them and I have the skills and tools to help them heal. When a person is emotionally abused and more specifically, abused by a narcissist, it can be a very lonely experience. It's my goal to let people know that they can heal and find support to live the vibrant, healthy life they want to live. And more importantly, that they can learn to love and trust themselves.
Our staff is trained in EMDR and are Certified Trauma Professionals. We are equipped to help from everyday troubles to severe and long standing traumas. We can meet you wherever you're at on your healing journey. Brenda is specifically trained in structural dissociation.
Our approach is person centered to help you discover what blocks you from having the full life you want and to overcome any barriers to getting there. Specializing in working with military and their families with locations near Camp Pendleton and and Naval Bases in San Diego.
