Some of these include Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Family Therapy, EMDR and EFT Tapping. I run DBT groups to teach people skills with mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness skills and distress tolerance skills.
