At Hope Clinic Behavioral Health, my approach is based on a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy philosophy of care as I work with individuals, couples, and youth in need of support. I provide approaches that best match your needs and goals. I strive to use my experience, and honest and open style of communication to act as a positive support to help you establish and fulfill therapeutic and life goals, providing psychotherapy in accordance with an evidence-based practice recovery model. If you're a couple reaching out for support, I will work with you to encourage a deeper connection and accountability.

I support clients with a variety of common concerns, and I specialize in EMDR and CPT for trauma/PTSD due to sexual assault, child abuse and other various traumatic experiences. Even a memorable humiliation can leave wounds. Additional areas of clinical focus include functional neurologic disorder and personality disorders.

I believe God uses the people around us to display his compassion and comfort. Christian Counseling and my own Christian faith are components of the therapeutic relationship available to clients but never imposed upon them. Private pay/out-of-network. Clients keep a card on file to pay at the time of service, and then receive a "Superbill" from me each month. It's simple! Just call your insurance and ask "how do I submit a superbill so I can get reimbursed for counseling/mental health visits?".
