I do this through tapping into your strengths, supports and expertise, by exploring the systems you are a part of, and by collaboratively exploring next steps. My favorite approaches include looking at the different "parts of us" at play, utilizing the body to foster healing, and engaging the things that give us life and strength.
I have a soft spot for trauma survivors and those with neurodiversity. I also love working with kids, teens and families, especially of diverse backgrounds. I see folks in person throughout Westerns Skagit County and parts of Island County. I look forward to being with you on your journey.
