During my career, I've worked with many diverse individuals, couples, and families to find healing and restoration from a variety of complicated and often very messy problems. I offer a unique measure of acceptance, support, and assistance for my clients. Besides my experience and training, I've personally struggled with difficult life issues myself. I know healing is possible and I am committed to helping you find it. I tend to have a very holistic and eclectic approach to counseling, as not every approach or technique works for everyone. Areas in which I have particular counseling expertise include: depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, relationships, and adolescent and teenage counseling.
Although I have a strong Christian faith and can readily incorporate that into sessions if desired, I welcome and accept clients from all walks of life. My greatest wish is to provide you an Island of Hope in the midst of whatever storm of life you are facing.
