You think everyone is sick of hearing about your struggles and you wonder why you can't just get over it like everyone else seems to be able to do.
When you take the time to really look at yourself and your life with someone who gets it, you can start to feel better. I know from my own journey to health that counseling can help you feel less alone and more hopeful about the future. Taking space to process the changes you're noticing can help, as can learning new ways to cope and manage symptoms.
