My Practice Is Available For New Clients Immediately believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. A person's mental health and many common mental disorders are shaped by various social, economic, and physical environments operating at different stages of life. Good mental health is integral to human health and well-being. Risk factors for many common mental disorders are heavily associated with social inequalities. I don't discriminate against anyone, and I am fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).

I believe that in order to form healthy, rewarding relationships with others we must first learn to nurture our relationship with ourselves. If you are struggling with thoughts and behaviors that are getting in the way of living your most fulfilling life, I want to help you find a new way forward. I believe that connectivity is the origin of joy but that the world around us, and sometimes we ourselves, so often thwart our ability to forge meaningful connections. I want to help you identify and integrate the parts of yourself that need attention, so that you may nurture your most authentic self.

There are times in life when we realize that the ways we have been coping are getting in the way of our life goals, values and relationships, and it is hard to know how to begin changing these patterns. This is all part of being human! Unfortunately, life doesn't come with an instruction manual so it can be challenging to figure out the best way to move forward. My practice focuses on people who want to enjoy greater peace and more satisfying relationships. I’m pleased to serve children, adolescents, and adults. The emphasis of my work includes treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, interpersonal difficulties, psycho-spiritual issues, ADHD, and child/adolescent behavior problems.

I am not taking new clients at this time although I offer online classes for couples. I see life’s struggles as opportunities for deepening and my practice attracts motivated people who want a blend of quality, depth, and practical-oriented psychotherapy. The current focus of my practice is couples in all stages of relationships, of any sexual orientation .I also work with parents of challenging adult children, adoption issues from all perspectives and individuals in vocational, relationship and spiritual transitions. Although understanding is essential, change is the outcome I help you achieve.
