Together, we gently untangle the impact of past harms and build new ways of relating—so you can feel grounded, connected, and able to choose your path forward.
I help people understand themselves more deeply and heal what has been heavy. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in real connection. I’m down-to-earth and willing to sit with hard feelings. I draw from different therapeutic tools, but the heart of my work is creating a space where you feel understood and supported every step of the way.
I also provide clinical supervision for BLSW and OBLPCT and have been doing so since 2016. I genuinely enjoy mentoring therapists as they grow into their voice, presence, and ethical grounding.
