My practice is a sanctuary where the tender work of becoming whole unfolds, where the fragments of your stories find their way back to each other through patience, presence, and profound witnessing. For fourteen years, I have walked alongside souls brave enough to turn toward their wounds, to befriend their exiled parts, and to discover that healing lives in the very places that have been abandoned.
I hold space for your relationships, those you tend with others and the one you cultivate within. Through parts work, you learn to welcome home every aspect of self, even those long shadowed by shame or silence.
Together, we practice the radical art of acceptance as the fierce tenderness that allows transformation to bloom. Mindfulness becomes your compass, teaching you to inhabit your body and heart with curiosity rather than judgment.
In matters of intimacy and sexuality, I offer a therapeutic space. I am completing a two year sex therapy certificate program.
The lens I see the world developed as an individual who is a spiritual, neurodivergent, pansexual, white, cis female and a mother, who was raised in Las Vegas. I will do my best to understand your worldview and the experiences and identities that created the present you. I hope to create a safe enough space, that allows you to correct any of my errors.
