We can use Art Therapy as a powerful process to support you with issues such as: rites of passage, grief/loss, authentic self-expression and reconnection to self. I also use structured approaches (CBT and DBT) to teach mental health and self-care skills for managing difficult emotions, thoughts and behaviors.

My practice focuses on serving young adults and queer identifying folks. I work from a strength-based, collaborative problem solving approach.
