Angela uses a brief solution focused approach to therapy and can assist you in removing unwanted materials from your life until you arrive at your authentic self. If you are feeling frustrated and stuck in your life and want to stop being consumed with depression and anxiety and rather use those racing thoughts to chase your dreams, then Angela can help you figure it out. During your first session she will help you identify what is most important for you to start working on first and help you begin designing solutions.
Angela works with individuals, couples, and families and focuses on symptom reduction, communication, decision making and trauma. Angela utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma patients who choose to use this approach after a thorough assessment.
Angela offers evening and Saturday appointments in addition to the regular work week and will make every attempt to get your first appointment scheduled within a week, so you can get started on improving your life and feeling better.
