I am an attorney and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years experience as a psychotherapist in private practice. My areas of experience include depression, anxiety, stress, health, relationships, eating disorders, trauma recovery, sexuality and gender issues. I see teenagers, adults, couples and enjoy working with clients age 55+.
My work is client-focused and interactive. I use a relational approach combined with mindfulness, lack of judgment, active listening, self-awareness and a genuine presence with my clients. I have training in Hakomi, EMDR, Internal Family Systems and enjoy working in collaboration with other health professionals.
