My hope is to provide you with a safe place to work on whatever symptoms or concerns you are currently dealing with. I have been in the field for over 15 years and have worked with an array of populations. My experience is in the areas of trauma, PTSD, ADHD, adolescents (at-risk youth), relationship issues, divorce, and law enforcement issues. In addition, I have experience working with veterans to provide a second opinion and/or assessment in support of their VA Disability claims.

While serving as the director and staff psychologist for over 14 years at the Counseling Service at the University of Texas Health Science Center, I had the opportunity to work with individuals presenting with wide range of presenting issues. While largely influenced by cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and person-centered theories, I believe strongly in the need to tailor my interventions to meet the specific needs of my clients.
