I specialize in working with people on boundaries, goal-setting, assertiveness, communication skills, changing thoughts and behaviors. I provide support when you are in crisis, need help with parenting and work with you to reduce symptoms that affect your everyday life.

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitals to private practice. My well-rounded experience has taught me to effectively work with various populations and issues that may arise. I have extensive experience working with adults throughout the lifespan and I take on a collaborative approach with clients. I see my role as a facilitator in your journey to wellness and understand how difficult it can be to initiate therapy and to build a trusting relationship with a therapist. My ideal client is someone that is willing to look at the big picture of life and is open to collaborating with me leverging my expertise as well as, with my help, learning to use their own instinct. When it comes to children my approach is to collaborate with parents to best identify what coping tools and skillset are needed.
