I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in a variety of settings ranging from inpatient psychiatric hospitals to private practice. I am certified in Thought Field Therapy (tapping), which has been proven to be effective with treating anxiety, pain, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and other issues. Tapping does not require you to talk a lot about the issue and is a successful technique in resolving the problem that brought you into therapy.
