Hey guys! I aim to put myself out of a job with each client. I am a counselor who considers the development of a strong therapeutic relationship to be the centerpiece of my treatment. I provide both short-term and long-term counseling to a diverse group of clients. My priority is to help clients experience relief from their most distressing symptoms and then to address the roots of those symptoms so that healing is long-lasting. Adults who grew up with emotionally unavailable parents may experience abandonment or rejection that looks like codependence, anxiety, and depression. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with a MA in Professional Counseling and completing a Doctoral level specialization in Community Care and Counseling specializing in treating trauma-related challenges.
