About
Deciding to go to therapy can be difficult. It's uneasy being vulnerable, especially with someone you have never met. I can assure you, with me you will get much more than a nod and a "So how does that make you feel?" My clients will tell you that helping them overcome is my passion! If you are struggling through life transitions, relationships, parenting issues, mental illness, or even wrestling through spiritual/ministerial matters, you can find both a clinical and/or Christ-centered approach to personal growth and mental/spiritual wellness. I treat adolescents, adults, and couples. Areas of specialization include: academic/behavioral issues, anger, anxiety/depression, family conflict, grief, relational aggression, self-esteem issues, and trauma. After the initial intake, I am also able to provide teletherapy - via phone or online video conferencing.
I use several approaches unique to your needs. This includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy. I am able to incorporate Christian counseling from a Biblical perspective upon your request. Knowing anyone going through the immigration process?
