Spiritual/Religious abuse & early childhood trauma look similar in adults, and I work with both populations. Both create relational conflict. Both create guilt, shame, isolation, fear of abandonment, and rejection that may look like codependence, relationship avoidance, anxiety, and depression. Both cause you to lose sight of who you are. There's a root, and my goal is to help you heal that root so you can see yourself differently and connect with others from a healthier mindset, thus engaging in healthier relationships. Find your confidence, your inner self.
I work from a somatic, bottom-up perspective. Perhaps you've talked about this issue until you're exhausted. Let's do something different. I offer Brainspotting and EMDR intensives to help you integrate these unresolved experiences that block you from living the life you desire.
