Stacy has been in practice for 24 years and has worked with a wide range of individuals seeking support and guidance in several areas, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility, racial trauma and injustice, parenting, couples, grief, etc. Stacy has recently folded a specialty area of health coaching into her practice as well. In doing so, she practices from a holistic model intertwining her unique expertise in physical and mental health to effectively impact her clients’ overall health functioning and daily habits.

Throughout life we are told we have to remain strong and we never get the opportunity to not be the strong one for once. This causes built up anxiety, depression and negative emotions which are then taken out on the ones we love the most. As an experienced, licensed psychotherapist with a masters degree in clinical social work from the University of Chicago, I have been a practicing social worker since 2004 and a psychotherapist since 2011.

I specialize in child/adolescent therapy, play therapy, family therapy, trauma, child sexual abuse, anxiety, addiction, diagnostic assessments for children 0-5, racial/cultural stress and acculturation, grief/loss, attachment difficulties, and parental stress.
