Do life’s challenges feel all-consuming? Or maybe how you've been coping isn’t working anymore? I get it. Relationships, family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, fear, shame, and transition can feel impossible to navigate. I help people who are highly motivated to transform their relationships with self and others. We work in collaboration as you learn to shed old protective strategies and gain connection to your inner resources. Through the therapeutic process, clients report greater access to self-compassion, resilience, and acceptance.
I practice IFS (Internal Family Systems) to empower you to better understand and embrace all parts of yourself. I also use a psychodynamic/interpersonal process lens to work with adults, couples, families, and groups. As a queer person, I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients and give great consideration to your unique identities.
