I am passionate about working with individuals to help them know themselves better and experience deeper and healthier relationships with themselves and others. I work with a variety of issues and mental health concerns. These include but are not limited to addictions, relationship concerns, sexuality concerns, low self-esteem, perfectionism, social anxiety, LGBTQA issues, body image difficulties, co-dependency issues, and grief and loss.
You are the true expert on your life. I feel privileged to serve as your guide and a collaborator to help understand, empower, and support you as you work towards your goals. In addition to how you feel internally, I believe that our relationships have the ability to greatly influence and impact our well-being, and how we treat ourselves and others.
Our work together may include working through faulty relationship dynamics and patterns that no longer serve you. We may also work with internal mindset, limiting beliefs thoughts/actions that keep you in negative patterns. Although I may pull from specific techniques/training, I always use a holistic approach to help you achieve a balanced approach to life.
