Stacy has been in practice for 25 years and has worked with a wide range of individuals seeking support and guidance in several areas, including life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, infertility, racial trauma and injustice, parenting, couples, grief, etc. Stacy has recently folded a specialty area of health coaching into her practice as well. In doing so, she practices from a holistic model intertwining her unique expertise in physical and mental health to effectively impact her clients’ overall health functioning and daily habits.
Stacy’s integrative and strengths based model of therapy recognizes that how we each take in and perceive our past experiences and significant relationships can directly impact our day to day interactions with ourselves and others. Stacy believes that although she is a licensed clinician, each client is the expert of their own experience.
Her safe and supportive space allows her clients room to slowly begin to let down guards and focus on oneself in an effort to not only understand but also grow.
