Therapy for people who hate counseling - if that sounds like you, you're in the right place. If you're feeling overwhelmed and uncertain about life in general, I've got you. Juggling life and work and kids (or just one of those things!) is exhausting, and we can work together to strengthen your mental health and help you feel better, stronger, and the most content you can be. Maybe you're feeling "things are fine, but there's a big transition coming up that I really want to be prepared for." I have a simple, straightforward style that includes action items at each session to help you see real change in your life.
I specialize in perinatal issues - prenatal, postpartum, and beyond. If you're an overwhelmed mom/dad/parent - I've been there, and I can help. I'm a huge advocate for good sleep and strong self care - even when it feels impossible to find the time. Whether or not you are a parent, I can help you learn tools to strengthen your self care and feel your best.
Even if you aren't sure what type of counselor you need, feel free to email or call, and we can work together to see if we'd be a good fit. If I'm not the counselor for you, I'll help you find someone that is. The first call (or email, or text) is the hardest part, and after that the benefits of counseling are so, so rewarding.
