As a systemic therapist, I welcome individuals, couples, children, and family systems into the room. I believe in creating a non-judgmental and open context that will often draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Mindfulness-based strategies. I received my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pfeiffer University and was selected as the Student of the Year by the faculty.

Sometimes life comes at you fast. Unexpected events occur or transitions happen. That's what makes life exciting, but also challenging at times. I work with all ages, especially focusing on family groups seen individually and together.
