It has been a privilege in my many years of experience to work with clients struggling to find their way at a particular time in their life. I find it is often a state of worry, doubt, confusion or stress and yet they still have the hope that someone will reach out to help. I can help guide you across that bridge. In therapy, we together establish a collaborative and trusting relationship in which we will set specific goals that you want to address. I use a variety of successful treatment modalities to assist you in dealing with these challenges.
I work with children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in childhood issues and disorders, as well as addiction issues for clients of all ages. I also enjoy very effectively working with clients dealing with various life stressors, depression, anxiety, and a multitude of family and/or childhood issues.
I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I was raised in the South but I am of Hispanic heritage. My multi-cultural upbringing has given me the privilege to impact the lives of people with diverse backgrounds and ethnicities.
