As well as the issues that spiral over the years because of the trauma; including anger, anxiety, guilt, depression, poor relationships, etc. I offer individual & family sessions.
With advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and Neurofeedback, I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs of my clients.
