Following my tenure with UMDNJ, I joined the Hopewell Springs Counseling Center and currently serve as the center's Assistant Director. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University, and also completed a fellowship at the VA in Maryland with a focus on evidence-based treatment.

My background is in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my hope is to help you live a more meaningful life.

Many learn to sacrifice one for the other, yet are left with a sense of frustration, anxiety, loneliness, and an ache for more. I help people learn to deepen and hold onto themselves while expanding into fulfilling connection with others.

I enjoy working holistically with individuals, from teens to older adults, as well as couples/relationships to enhance communication skills and deepen connections. I utilize mindfulness, attachment, and self-compassionate approaches and find a great deal of benefit from incorporating creative interventions, such as the use of art and horticultural therapies. I'm an EMDRIA approved EMDR therapist and also have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy, which I most often use in conjunction with ACT, to treat OCD and anxiety symptoms. Additionally, I am a gender specialist with advanced training through WPATH.

After completing 20+ years of service as a Human Resources Professional in the Pharmaceutical, Legal and Professional Services Industries, I followed my heart to become a Mental Health Clinician.
