Relationships are the focus of my work, beginning with the working relationship between myself and the client. The heart of my work is befriending the shy, complex, wounded and undiscovered parts of others. My areas of speciality are adoption, postpartum, adolescence, life transitions, identity discovery, Christian spirituality, depression, anxiety.
I earned an undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute in Bible and Theology. I hold a masters degree from Trinity International University in Mental Health Counseling. My primary area of study is in attachment theory. My continuing education is in developmental, somatic, and systems theories. I offer a free 45 minute consultation to see if we fit.
