Together we discover how and why they developed these now dysfunctional life patterns. I assist them in developing new, self-nurturing coping skills and most importantly encourage them to embrace themselves with unconditional love and compassion. I have extensive experience working with issues regarding compulsive eating, bariatric surgery, life transitions, anxiety, depression and end of life.

Hello, I'm Arra Woodson. I am a licensed social worker (LSW) in New Jersey. I have spent the last 23 years working with abused women and children. As such, I understand the unique challenges people face during their worst life moments. Her goal is to help individuals, couples and families reach their God given potential through healing, improved self-awareness and self-worth. She also works closely with parents with children with special needs offering support and collaboration with community agencies which is one of her passions.
