I work with people experiencing life transitions, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma and addiction. Individualized counseling is offered by providing an assessment of issues, conflicts, behavioral patterns and motivations for treatment. Often these moments of confusion and challenge lead to the greatest opportunities for growth. I approach my work with mindfullness and empathy.
I offer a safe, comfortable space as well as Telehealth online sessions to explore the beliefs that might be limiting your growth using techniques from CBT, DBT, Mindfullness-Based Therapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, I offer support and teach skills to help you change negative thought patterns, increase your coping strategies and feel more empowered.
