I have experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities including Autism, Down syndrome, Angelman Syndrome, and other disorders. I have additional experience serving children and adults with mental health disorders including Reactive Attachment Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ODD, Drug and Alcohol Addiction, and trauma. I have experience treating neurological disorders including Dementia, Parksinson's Disease, Cortical Visual Impairment, and Cerebral Palsy. I also provide perinatal music therapy services including music therapy assisted childbirth. Infinity provides in-home & in-facility services.

I believe that therapy can help you “ride the wave" with hope, courage, and purpose. I have a Master's degree, and CT state license, in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Early Childhood development. I enjoy working with children and adolescents because it allows me to incorporate a blend of treatment approaches and draw on a variety of techniques and styles. I am able to effectively build a therapeutic relationship with clients by using creative therapy techniques. This allows the client to feel safe to open up and discuss the issues that they may be struggling with.

I am passionate about helping individuals manage their day to day stressors, emotions, and conflicts. We all experience feelings of being overwhelmed and it can be helpful to process what we are feeling and finding ways to regulate our emotions. I enjoy working with individuals to learn coping skills, healthy stress relief, and provide a comfortable atmosphere for being able to talk openly. I believe in utilizing a strengths based perspective to help you achieve your goals. We are all resilient, and sometimes we just need someone to help us find our path again.

I have a passion for women’s issues as well as sexual and gender diversity. My approach to therapy is a blend of emotional exploration, mindfulness techniques, feminist theory, and narrative therapy that result in the reduction of mental health struggles and increased feelings of fulfillment. Additionally, I believe in approaching people from a trauma informed lens. I am trained in EMDR and many of my clients have found it to be a powerful tool in their healing journeys.

I am a gender-affirming Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community. I have experience working with individuals in both clinical, school, and in-home settings, as well as providing comprehensive evaluations, conducting treatment planning, and completing crisis interventions.
