Hi there, I'm Jen! Are there times when you feel anxious or unsure? Do you feel overwhelmed and find it difficult to cope with your emotions? Are you struggling with identity loss or feeling weighed down by negative thoughts? As a counselor, I specialize in a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, family/relational conflict, as well as women's issues (infertility, perinatal, and postpartum).

I am genuinely interested in healing and recovery. I am a firm believer in using a wellness model of treatment. I believe that focusing on and highlighting your strengths will often yield positive results. As a marriage and family therapist, I offer guidance to couples and families who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being. I also enjoy working with children, teens and adults individually in an effort to help them heal and grow. We can work together to overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, intimacy issues, generational conflict, trauma and more. Difficult situations can be opportunities for growth.

Accepting New Clients! Life can present with many challenges and stressors that can be difficult to navigate. My focus is on helping through support, empathy and understanding. I work with adolescents, teens, adults and families who are dealing with anxiety/depression, trauma, stress, family/relationship issues and addiction. I am PSI trained (perinatal mental health) and provide support with all postpartum stressors. My approach is to be collaborative and provide comfort through the therapy process.
