I have a passion for supporting individuals through the perinatal period including pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. I work with clients managing perinatal anxiety and mood disorders, identity shifts, birth trauma, and the emotional complexities that come with being a parent.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you feel supported in exploring your experiences, building on your resilience, and working toward personal goals. To accommodate busy schedules, I offer evening appointments and the option for telehealth sessions. I also offer a free phone consultation.
