I specialize in building relationships and overcoming codependent tendencies as well as symptom reduction in anxiety and depression. I have a wealth of knowledge working in many different psychiatric settings including inpatient, residential and community based agencies. I utilize CBT DBT, solution focused and holistic approaches in order to meet your needs.
I am currently open to meeting new individuals that are struggling and seeking help. I believe taking the first step and reaching out can be the most difficult part however once we come to understand and have the awareness that we need help we are already on our way towards happiness and fulfillment.
