I enjoy helping people find balance and discover/rediscover their inner strength while navigating through the challenging times and transitions in life. Life is full of surprises; while some are amazing, others can be devastating. Big life changes, such as moving away from home to go to college or for a job, having a baby, or getting divorced/breaking up, can leave you feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. It's normal to have feelings of anxiety and/or depression, especially during change & trying times, but it's also important to get the support you need to get through the difficult times & get back on track with the help of therapy.
Pulling from therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy helps me formulate an individualized approach for all of my clients. I use mindfulness and self-reflection strategies to look at energy, yours and that of others, in various situations and relationships to help stabilize & balance.
Reaching out to a therapist for the first time can be daunting, but I am here to answer any questions you might have about the therapy process.
