I feel therapy is a modality for clients to tap into their own Human resilence. I appreciate the mind-body system. Life gives us challenges. As a therapist I will work with you to find your resilent capacity in a safe and compaaionate space. I will guide you in becoming more grounded and confident in yourself.
As a therapist, I am open, compassionate, respectful and have a good listening ear. I believe that behaviors and patterns can be changed, especially the ones that no longer serve one. I believe that with awareness of one's old patterns one can learn to change them and can grow and blossom in life.
I will help my clients using a variety of techniques, such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness and gestalt. I enjoy helping clients decreasing their depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, improving their relationship issues and their comunnicating styles and to process their grief. I enjoy processing and working thru their stressors or traumas with them.
