Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse board certified as a Clinical Specialist in Psychiatric Mental Health. I have 20 years of experience providing psychiatric evaluations, psychotherapy and medication management to individuals, couples and families. Previous experience as a critical care nurse for 20 years provides me with additional knowledge of medical illnesses and how they contribute to mental health issues.

Dr Ayodele Green is a Board-Certified psychiatrist who completed her undergraduate degree at Columbia University. She obtained her MD from Temple University School of Medicine in NJ. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at Harlem Hospital of Columbia University and completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UMDNJ(Rutgers) in Newark NJ. Her methods are patient centered and holistic. Dr. Green accepts patients that have insurance and will file Out of Network Claims on behalf of patients so that they can be reimbursed. She also offers a sliding scale fee and is accepting new patients.

Althea Andrade is a PMHNP-BC with years of experience in treating children, adolescence adults and geriatric population with various mental illnesses not limited to ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar, Depression, mood disorders, Gender identity disorders, eating disorder etc. Currently licensed in NJ, NY, and FL. Graduated with Presidential honor at Chamberlain University and honors at Walden University . Strongly believe mental health is wealth, and with a dynamic treatment of medication combined with psychotherapy client will benefit a great deal and be able to function effectively in society. Dr. Shirley Rajan is a Psychiatrist in New Jersey who has been practicing since 2016. Dr. Rajan offers clients medication management and treatments for chronic self-harm, chronic suicidality, personality disorders and utilizes dialectical behavioral therapy. Outside of work, Dr. Rajan enjoys softball, archery, bowling, and movies.

Dr. Tintorer went to medical school at New Jersey Medical School, and went on to begin a residency in surgery before deciding that a career in psychiatry was where she wanted to be. She did her general psychiatry training at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan, then her Child and Adolescent Fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center in Manhattan. She has rotated through a therapeutic school in NYC, worked in a substance abuse clinic in Brooklyn, and worked with psychiatric inpatient and outpatient children and adults in both NY and NJ. She has been in practice in Monmouth County since 2010.
