I’m a Psychiatry PA that treats children, adolescents and adults with OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, ADHD and Alcohol Use Disorder. Generally I believe less medication is better - however, I work with people to find a regimen that may help improve their lives. I have experience with treating various members of the community including healthcare workers, veterans, police officers, teachers, clergy, LGBTQA+, BIPOC and more. In my free time I like to spend time with my wife and son, hike, play guitar, go on meditation retreats and perform improv comedy.

I am currently scheduling patients for both in-person (PA/NJ) and telehealth (PA/NJ/MA) appointments. I welcome patients who are looking for medication management, therapy, a second opinion, or any combination of the above. I believe clients want to have full remission of their symptoms , so they are able to function well and enjoy their life. A lot of clients are afraid to reach out for help either because of the stigma, fear to taking medication, or concerns of the medication side effects. The mental illness stigma have prevented a lot of people to reach out for help, believe me no human being is immune from mental illness. So please reach out for help ,and don't keep struggling or self medicating with illicit substances . Self medicating by illicit substance, used to be called addiction, will lead to dual diagnosis disorder. I

My job as a psychiatrist is centered on your recovery so you can engage fully with this wonderful life and leave your mental health struggles behind. I specialize in medication management for mood problems, anger management and panic disorders. My approach to therapy combines my characteristics as an individual who is compassionate, charismatic, non-judgmental – with years of experience and effective listening skills.

The clients that I treat are looking for help. They are either seeking medication to help with their mental illness or in need of someone to manage them. They are at the point where they need medical help due to a mental illness that impairs them from living a healthy, productive life.

I am a board-certified psychiatric NP, trained at New York University. I specialize in adults, children, adolescents, and geriatrics. My virtual and in-person practices are friendly and confidential spaces where I provide a thorough psychiatric evaluation and personalized medication management. Dr. Marsh has been serving those suffering with mental health disorders, including substance abuse for more than 25 years. His course of treatment is holistic in nature, treating both the physical symptoms as well as the emotional struggles via psychopharmacological and psychotherapeutic intervention. He is a nationally board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who has worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
