Dr. Raluca Radulescu, a Board Certified psychiatrist in the area of General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, heads our practice. She completed her training in Child Psychiatry at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center-Westchester Division. She provides psychiatric services to children, adolescents and adults. We have several licensed clinicians with extensive clinical experience in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and private practice working with adults, adolescents, children and families. Our warm, highly qualified professionals are dedicated to providing quality, goal-oriented care tailored to your individual needs using a variety of patient-centered approaches.

Hello, I am pleased to offer evening hours to my patients. I am Dr. Frazier, a board-certified Adult psychiatrist, who is completing fellowship training in Child & Adolescent psychiatry. I follow the biopsychosocial (biological, psychological and social determinants) model, as my approach to understanding a patient’s mental health needs and determining how best to treat each unique individual.

Dr Ayodele Green is a Board-Certified psychiatrist who completed her undergraduate degree at Columbia University. She obtained her MD from Temple University School of Medicine in NJ. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at Harlem Hospital of Columbia University and completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UMDNJ(Rutgers) in Newark NJ. Her methods are patient centered and holistic. Dr. Green accepts patients that have insurance and will file Out of Network Claims on behalf of patients so that they can be reimbursed. She also offers a sliding scale fee and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Khushbu Shah is a trained Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. She completed her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey and her residency training in general psychiatry at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, New York. She has extensive experience working with mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, attention deficit hyperactive disorders, autism spectrum disorders, learning disorders, and many others. She has worked closely with school-based mental health, with a special interest in providing current, innovative treatments.

Kara Rafael is a distinguished board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, renowned for her comprehensive expertise in adolescent and adult mental health. Kara earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, which was followed by an accelerated nursing program at New Jersey City University, leading to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She further advanced her specialization in Psychiatry and Mental Health with a master’s degree from Monmouth University. Kara’s professional path is marked by significant experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, where she has adeptly managed a spectrum of mental health diagnoses.

ADHD, Mood & Behavior Center is a comprehensive Child, Adolescent & Adult psychotherapy center, available ONLINE throughout NJ & NY, from the comfort of your home, and in person in northern NJ. Our three board certified child, adolescent & adult psychiatrists are devoted to the evaluation and treatment of emotional, behavioral, social, academic & employment difficulties, including ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Autism Spectrum Disorder, OCD, learning issues, bullying & video game addiction, and collaborate with our highly trained therapists to find solutions and bring stability to the child, adult or family.

I am a dual board certified adult and child-adolescent psychiatrist with extensive experience in treating patients with complex emotional and behavioral challenges. I am well adept at addressing issues ranging from depression, to ADHD, to behavioral issues, to struggles with addiction. I believe in balancing multiple psychotherapeutic modalities with psychopharmacology.

Dr. Tintorer went to medical school at New Jersey Medical School, and went on to begin a residency in surgery before deciding that a career in psychiatry was where she wanted to be. She did her general psychiatry training at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan, then her Child and Adolescent Fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center in Manhattan. She has rotated through a therapeutic school in NYC, worked in a substance abuse clinic in Brooklyn, and worked with psychiatric inpatient and outpatient children and adults in both NY and NJ. She has been in practice in Monmouth County since 2010.
