I will offer you a comprehensive care plan that's unique to you that includes medications, non-pharmaceutical suggestions (supplements), therapy, and lifestyle coaching, functional medicine testing, meditations (mind-body medicine), and have future plans for psychedelic experiences and heart rate variability training and more. Nicole Albaugh, PMHNP-BC, is the founder and owner of Tranquil Minds Psychiatry. Nicole offers psychiatric services such as diagnostic testing, medication management, psychotherapy, and treatment monitoring. Psychiatric services are provided to clients 6 years old and up. Nicole is very excited to bring these services to rural Minnesota. Nicole has worked in the field of psychiatric services for 15 years in a variety of roles. She is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has a master's in counseling and psychological services. She is a member of the ANA, APA, AANP, and MNA among other organizations.

I diagnose, treat and prescribe for mental health conditions including Depression, ADHD, Anxiety, PTSD, Mood Disorders, OCD, and Prenatal & Postpartum mental health. I treat adults and adolescents age 16 and older at my Minneapolis clinic where I provide both in-person and telehealth visits. My practice is gender affirming, LGBTQ+ positive and anti-racist. I integrate complementary and alternative treatments with western medicine to provide each patient with a unique treatment plan. I provide psychotherapy for adults and adolescents.

Wendi has 30 + years of experience working in the nursing field. She has worked with all ages, currently specializing in ages 6+; and over the last 15 years, she has worked in public health and has both psychiatric and substance use experience. In addition, Wendi also has over 4 years of experience working as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 1992 with a BA in Nursing. Wendi furthered her education and received her Chemical Dependency certificate from Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College in 2017 and holds her license as an alcohol and drug counselor.

I have over 20 years of experience as a mental health provider providing therapy and medication management. I specialize in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss and life transitions.

Susie is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with experience working with children, adolescents, and families in the outpatient setting. She is able to assess, diagnose, and provide medication management services to treat various mental health disorders. It is important to her to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for all while providing culturally competent care to underserved populations in her community. She enjoys empowering clients and their families by encouraging participation and providing education.
