I provide medication management and psychotherapy for a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, PTSD, Perinatal / Postpartum, Perimenopause issues, and Mood disorders. I use integrative medicine, such as mindfulness, movement, psychotherapy, prescription medication, nutrition, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, and other modalities to help you create an individualized care plan. I respect my patients' autonomy. My goal is to help you create an effective plan by giving you all the information you need to choose your best treatment options.

My practice is LGBTQ+ positive and anti-racist. I provide individual psychotherapy to help people work through their stuck points by identifying their true values and living authentically.
