I provide medication management and psychotherapy for a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD (diagnosis, testing, and treatment), anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, adjustment disorders, and other mood disorders. I use integrative medicine, such as mindfulness, movement, psychotherapy, prescription medication, nutrition, nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, and other modalities to help you create an individualized care plan. I respect the autonomy of my patients. My goal is to help you create an effective plan by giving you all the information you need to choose the best treatment options for you.
My expertise is in medication management for conditions such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Postpartum Mood, and PTSD. My practice is LGBTQ+ positive and Anti-racist. I am a trained psychotherapist, and I help people to find inner ground and emotional strength. I welcome and affirm all of my patients.
