I have over 20 years of experience as a mental health provider providing therapy and medication management. I specialize in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss and life transitions.
I am certified as a clinical nurse specialist in adult psychiatric and mental health nursing and licensed in the state of Minnesota as an advanced practice registered nurse. I practiced for over 15 years in the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at Mayo Clinic in both the inpatient and outpatient practices.
In addition to providing therapy, I prescribe medications for those who need it. I can also just prescribe medications for those who already have a therapist but need someone for medication management.
