Endurance Mental Health & Wellness is not your typical psychiatry practice. We pride ourselves on spending time with our patients to truly get to know who they are and what makes them behave and feel the way they do. We ask questions many psychiatric providers don't. I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist and current Professor of Forensic Psychiatry. I work with children (5 and older), adolescents and adults and my particular areas of focus are mood disorders (Depression, Bipolar Spectrum, and Seasonal Affective Disorder), Anxiety Spectrum, Eating Disorders, Special Needs Children, ADD/ADHD. I also offer specialty evaluations pertaining to child adoption, aviation, and forensics. My practice is located right off of State Road 9 and I-70 in Greenfield,IN. Victoria Neuses is a Nurse Practitioner in Indiana with five years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University, and a Master of Science in Nursing-PMHNP from Eastern Kentucky University. Victoria believes in working together with clients to find a medication/treatment approach that makes them feel the best they can. She treats a variety of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, and PTSD.

Rebecca Nance is an advanced practice nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in nursing. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society. She earned her undergraduate degree from Wabash Valley College, and her graduate degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University. She most recently earned her doctoral degree in nursing. Her previous experience includes inpatient hospitalist, palliative, hospice and primary care with a focus on mental health.

Meagan Althoff treats patients aged 12 + years old. Meagan Althoff is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her associates degree from Wabash Valley College and received her undergraduate and masters degree in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, which is the second largest nursing organization in the world. She was also a qualifier for the Presidents Medal at the University of Southern Indiana.

Dr. Babin practices at the LifeStance Fishers, IN, office and has been in medical practice since 1999. She has a wide range of experience involving private practice, academia, community mental health, and the Veterans Administration, including both outpatient and inpatient settings. She graduated from Purdue University School of Engineering before completing medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, where she also completed her intern year. Dr. Babin then finished her residency in psychiatry at Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine, and also served as Chief Resident there.

Jan Grovenberry is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2020. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Nursing from IUPUI, Indianapolis, IN. Jan helps her clients with her exceptional compassion/sensitivity and communication/relationship building and problem-solving skills. In her spare time, Jan enjoys time with her family. She loves fishing, boating, biking, gardening, bowling, going to concerts/ festivals and advocating for animal welfare.

Margaret Beymer is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana. Since 2012, Margaret has been working in the medical field and heard these concerns repeatedly.
