I work with adults in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and mood concerns. My passion is working with parents during those challenging years when it all seems so overwhelming and as if everyday is Ground Hog day. My approach is that we are a team and will work together to help you feel better quickly! I am able to see patients on a frequent basis if necessary, to help in a faster recovery.
I provide high quality, safe psychotropic medication management for adults and feel my experience as a therapist allows patients a unique perspective in that I can offer solution focused therapy in sessions as appropriate. I am also certified in the treatment of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and am comfortable prescribing during this challenging time.
I believe in working as a team and value patients' opinions regarding their medications, cost, and potential side effects. Timely communication for refills and issues outside of appointments is also very important to me. Education on medication options is crucial and we will work together as a team to find the best option to improve overall wellness!
